The posting

Nya medarbetare sökes. Vi är ett mindre privat hemtjänst företag som varit verksamma mycket länge i Nacka. Vi arbetar för kontinuitet och personcentrerad vård och omsorg. Vi är sedan våren 2023 Stjärnmärkta av Svensk Demenscentrum, vilket betyder at vår personal har fått en speciell utbildning i personcentrerad vård och omsorg vid demenssjukdom och att vi arbetar efter deras utlärda vision och metoder. Detta måste vi arbeta med varje år för att underhålla vår utbildning. Vi har ett kapacitetstak för att vi vill vara ett mindre företag, då vi tror att det är viktigt för både kunderna och våra medarbetare att vi alla känner varandra. Arbetsmetoden vi valt är att arbeta med kontinuitet och personcentrerad vård och omsorg. Detta ger oss en trygghet för både kund och personalen, då de lär känna varandra och kunderna har sin kontaktperson med egen arbetstelefon för att lättare kommunicera. Vi arbetar efter de metoder vi lärt oss genom utbildningen Stjärnmärkt. Kompetens är viktig för oss och vi stävar efter att ha en hög andel utbildade undersköterskor som möjligt. Vi erbjuder vår personal många olika interna utbildningar och webbutbildningar bland annat HLR, bemötande, kommunikation, lyftteknik och mycket mer för att kunna känna oss säkra och uppdaterade i vårt arbete. Vi har kollektivavtal för våra anställda via Kommunal. Vi söker nu: 2 st som kan arbeta kvällar med rullande tvåveckors schema. Och 2 st som arbetar dagtid och varannan helg.
