Beskrivning Är du en engagerad undersköterska som brinner för att ta hand om andra människor som behöver stöd och omsorg i sin vardag? Då har vi ett betydelsefullt och omväxlande arbete att erbjuda dig hos oss i Brastad hemtjänst. Arbetsuppgifter Som undersköterska består ditt arbete av att hjälpa människor att hantera vardagen utifrån biståndsbedömda beslut. Det innebär att du som medarbetare ska bevara och utveckla individens egna resurser. Du kommer att få utföra vissa hälso- och sjukvårdsinsatser efter delegering från den kommunala primärvården. Du kommer erbjudas ett stimulerande, utvecklande och varierande arbete som tillför meningsfullhet för dig som arbetstagare och för våra brukare som behöver våra resurser. Kvalifikationer Du förväntas ha läst omvårdnadsprogrammet, undersköterskeutbildning eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Du ska förmedla lugn och trygghet samt kunna bemöta människor i olika situationer på ett professionellt sätt. Du behöver vara flexibel, klara av att prioritera samt fatta egna beslut. Du ska ha förmåga att vara lyhörd för våra brukares behov och ha ett gott bemötande. Du ska kunna arbeta både enskilt och i grupp. Meriterande är om du har erfarenhet från vård- och omsorgsarbete och systemen Combine och TES. Villkor Schemalagd arbetstid dag/kväll/helgtjänstgöring. B-körkort är ett krav. Du ska ha fyllt 18 år samt ha goda kunskaper i svenska språket i såväl tal som skrift. Vi tillämpar språktest där godkänt dokument behöver visas upp inför en eventuell anställning. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet. Eftersom du kommer att arbeta i andra människors hem behöver du kunna hantera att det kan finnas husdjur i bostaden. Intervjuer kan komma att ske löpande.
