Ortopedi, slutenvård Välkommen till ortopedavdelningen! Hos oss är det både akut ortopedi och planerade operationer för alla åldrar från 18 år. Vi arbetar i team med sjuksköterska, undersköterska, fysioterapeuter, arbetsterapeuter och läkare. Vill du arbeta i välfungerande team med engagerade kollegor i ett gott och stöttande arbetsklimat har du kommit rätt. Vi jobbar med ständiga förbättringar och vill hela tiden utvecklas tillsammans. För oss är det viktigt att både personal och patienter trivs. Dina arbetsuppgifter Arbetet består i sedvanliga undersköterskeuppgifter på en ortopedavdelning. Detta innebär bland annat sterila omläggningar, rehabilitering av patienter, blodprovstagning, katetersättning och omvårdnad. Kvalitetsarbeten är även en viktig del av arbetet och därigenom ansvar för olika områden. Arbetet innebär ständig natttjänstgöring (vissa dag/kvällspass kan förekomma) och varannan helg. Då det är färre personal nattetid än dagtid är det viktigt att kunna arbeta bra i team såväl som självständigt. Vem är du? Vi ser att du som söker är utbildad undersköterska. Har du tidigare erfarenhet av akutsjukvård, ortopedi eller annan kirurgisk vård är det meriterande, liksom om du har erfarenhet av nattjänstgöring. För arbetet på avdelningen är det viktigt att kunna ha flera bollar i luften. Du behöver kunna planera, delegera och prioritera arbetsuppgifter. Samarbete med kollegorna är avgörande, vilket kräver god kommunikationsförmåga. Vi ser till personlig lämplighet.
