Om tjänsten Som undersköterska hos oss arbetar du nära våra boende och tillsammans med ett engagerat team bestående av sjuksköterskor, rehabpersonal och verksamhetschef. Dina arbetsuppgifter innefattar: Personlig omvårdnad och delegerade HSL-insatser Kontakt med anhöriga och samordning av aktiviteter Hushållsnära sysslor och serviceuppgifter Dokumentation, kontaktmannaskap och arbete med genomförandeplaner

Vi söker dig som... Är utbildad undersköterska med yrkesbevis från Socialstyrelsen Har erfarenhet från äldreomsorg (meriterande) Har god datorvana och behärskar svenska i tal och skrift Är flexibel, lyhörd och ansvarstagande Har ett genuint intresse för att arbeta med äldre människor

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet. Du är en positiv och samarbetsvillig person med god arbetsmoral och ett varmt hjärta.
