Undersköterska till Hemtjänsten Hönö/Fotö, Öckerö kommun Om jobbet Hemtjänsten på Hönö och Fotö är en viktig del av Öckerö kommuns vård och omsorg. Här arbetar vi nära våra brukare för att skapa trygghet, självständighet och livskvalitet i deras vardag. Som undersköterska hos oss får du möjlighet att göra skillnad genom ett meningsfullt och omväxlande arbete. Vi söker nu tre engagerade medarbetare som vill vara en del av vårt team på heltid. Arbetsbeskrivning Som undersköterska inom Hemtjänsten Hönö/Fotö arbetar du utifrån biståndsbeslut och gällande lagstiftning för att stödja brukare i deras dagliga liv. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar: Omsorg och stöd i enlighet med biståndshandläggarens utredning, exempelvis hjälp med personlig omvårdnad, hushållssysslor, städ, tvätt och social samvaro. Dokumentation i social journal, upprättande av genomförandeplaner tillsammans med brukaren. Delegerade uppgifter från legitimerad personal Vara fast omsorgskontakt Samverka med andra professioner Vara med och utveckla samt implementera framtidens digitala hjälpmedel.

I rollen förväntas du: Ta ansvar och arbeta självständigt inom ramen för socialtjänstlagen och verksamhetsriktlinjer. Visa lyhördhet och respekt i bemötandet av brukare och anhöriga. Samarbeta och stötta kollegor i teamet. Använda digitala verktyg för dokumentation och administrativa uppgifter. Vara flexibel och lösningsfokuserad.

Din bakgrund Skallkrav: Utbildad undersköterska med skyddad yrkestitel från socialstyrelsen Körkort (B). Svenska D. Utdrag från belastningsregistret. Arbetstillstånd (om tillämpligt).

Meriterande: Erfarenhet av arbete inom hemtjänst eller äldreomsorg. BPSD God datavana.
