Solhöjden Södra är ett demensboende där åtta personer bor på varje enhet. Här arbetar vi tillsammans för att skapa trygghet, värdighet och livskvalitet för våra hyresgäster. Arbetsbeskrivning Ditt uppdrag är att arbeta personcentrerat utifrån hyresgästernas individuella förutsättningar och behov, med fokus på att skapa trygghet och livskvalitet. Ett salutogent förhållningssätt är centralt i vårt arbete, liksom engagemang, delaktighet och en konstruktiv inställning till verksamhetsutveckling. Du arbetar nära hyresgästerna och deras anhöriga för att stödja dem i vardagen genom omsorg och praktisk hjälp. Du ansvarar även för dokumentation i social journal, upprättande av genomförandeplaner och samarbete med kollegor, anhöriga och andra professioner. Din bakgrund Vi söker dig som har en god förmåga att samarbeta och som trivs med att arbeta nära både kollegor, brukare och anhöriga. Krav: Utbildad undersköterska eller motsvarande arbetslivserfarenhet. Utdrag från belastningsregistret (vid anställning).

Meriterande: Erfarenhet av arbete inom demensvård eller äldreomsorg.
