Vi söker nu en engagerad och erfaren undersköterska till vår demensenhet på Judiska Hemmet i Hammarbyhöjden, Stockholm. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på 90 % och omfattar dag-, kvälls- och helgarbete (varannan helg). Hos oss får du möjlighet att göra verklig skillnad i människors vardag tillsammans med engagerade kollegor i en varm och familjär miljö. Från Stockholms Central tar det endast cirka 10 minuter att resa till oss. Om Judiska Hemmet Judiska Hemmet drivs av en ideell, icke vinstdrivande förening och erbjuder vård och omsorg i 76 lägenheter med inriktning mot både somatisk vård och demensvård. Vi arbetar personcentrerat med fokus på de boendes behov, önskemål och livskvalitet. Som medarbetare hos oss får du också möjlighet att lära känna den judiska kulturen och vara en del av en verksamhet där judiska traditioner och kosher mathållning utgör en naturlig del av vardagen. Vi söker dig som Är utbildad undersköterska Har erfarenhet av arbete inom äldreomsorg, gärna demensvård eller somatisk vård Har minst 1-2 års yrkeserfarenhet Behärskar svenska väl i tal och skrift Är ansvarstagande, initiativrik och har ett professionellt bemötande Har god samarbetsförmåga och ett genuint intresse för att arbeta med äldre människor
