The posting

Vi söker en undersköterska som har viljan och intresset av att arbeta med människor på ett vikariat 100% från 1 november 2026 till 31 april 2027 med chans till förlängning. Tjänsten är en dagtjänst med tjänstgöring dagar, kväller och helger. Vår dag börjar 07.00 på morgonen och avslutas 21.00 alla dagar i veckan, tiden däremellan är vår nattpersonal i tjänst. Vi har inga heldagspass eller delade turer. Sjöberga Gård är ett profilboende i Hässelby med inriktning främst på demensdiagnoserna frontallobsdemens, Korsakoffs sjukdom och Lewy Body demens. På Sjöberga Gård har vi tolv lägenheter på två plan. På varje plan har vi en gemensam matsal och ett dagrum samt kök. Alla måltider tillagas i huset. Vi har uteplats i marknivå och balkong på andra våningen. Vi har även hundar som är i tjänst ibland då deras matte/husse arbetar. Vi är en rökfri arbetsplats. Som omsorgspersonal är din viktigaste uppgift att se till att varje person får sitt behov av omsorg och omvårdnad tillgodosett. Hos oss jobbar du med den dagliga omvårdnaden kring våra boende, så som personlig hygien, måltider och aktiviteter. Framför allt är du viktig i våra boendes vardagliga sociala liv. Som omsorgspersonal får du livet att fungera för andra som behöver hjälp. Som person ser vi att du är ansvarsfull och har god förmåga att samarbeta med andra. Krav för tjänsten är väldigt goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift, samt att du har en god kommunikativ förmåga. Meriterande är om du tidigare arbetat inom omsorgsyrket, gärna med människor som haft en demensdiagnos.
