Vi arbetar utifrån fast omsorgskontakt där du som arbetar med våra brukare är en viktig länk mellan de olika vårdaktörerna och anhöriga. Tillträde från 1/12 eller enligt överenskommelse. Arbetsuppgifter Uppgifterna består av arbetsinsatser i brukarens hem enligt biståndsbeslut (SOL) och vårdplaner (HSL). Som vårdpersonal utför du planerade insatser utifrån brukarens behov och individuella genomförandeplaner. Du arbetar med förekommande arbetsuppgifter inom vård och omsorg utifrån ett salutogent förhållningssätt. Du står närmast den boende och har därmed en nyckelroll i teamet med sjuksköterska, arbetsterapeut och fysioterapeut. Du medverkar vid vårdplanering och för social dokumentation. Du deltar i utveckling av verksamheten och arbetet med vår värdegrund som är en viktig del inom äldreomsorgen.

Arbetet innebär dag- och kvällstjänst samt varannan helg. Kvalifikationer Krav: Vårdbiträde med erfarenhet inom äldreomsorgen eller undersköterska med yrkesbevis från socialstyrelsen. B-körkort.

Meriterande: Erfarenhet inom hemtjänst. Läkemedelsdelegering.

För att arbeta inom vård av äldre och vuxna med funktionsnedsättning krävs utdrag ur belastningsregistret. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Personliga egenskaper Du har ett genuint intresse för äldres hälsa och livskvalitet. Du är lösningsfokuserad, har en hög grad av flexibilitet och är ansvarstagande. Du har ett rehabiliterande förhållningssätt, som för dig är en självklarhet.
