The posting

Verksamhetsbeskrivning Hemvården består av sju enheter: Norra, Södra, Nära, Östra, Stödenheten, Nattenheten och Resursenheten. Alla enheter, utom landsbygdens enheter, är samlokaliserade på Upplagsvägen tillsammans med hemsjukvårdens sjuksköterskor, arbetsterapeuter och fysioterapeuter. Genom individuellt behovsbedömda insatser stärker vi den enskildes förmåga att klara sin vardag och möjliggör kvarboende i en trygg och välkänd miljö. Arbetsuppgifter Som undersköterska i Hemvården Södra ger du service, personlig omvårdnad och socialt stöd till brukarna i deras egna hem. Du ska ge glädje, trygghet och vara en lyhördkontaktperson. Våra brukare har individuella behov och önskemål, och vi strävar efter att i möjligaste mån matcha personal utifrån detta genom planering inom arbetsgruppen. Arbetet innefattar planering, genomförande, uppföljning och dokumentation av insatser enligt verksamhetens kvalitetsmål. Du samarbetar nära kollegor och andra professioner för att säkerställa bästa möjliga omsorg. I uppdraget ingår även ombudsroller inom teamet. Dator och mobiltelefon används som arbetsverktyg och det är önskvärt att du har god datorvana. I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår att dokumentera och kommunicera med olika parter vilket kräver att du har goda kunskaper i det svenska språket i tal och skrift I verksamheten använder vi bla. Pulsen Combine, TES, Skyresponse, DF respons. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som Har omvårdnadsutbildning eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdigt. Kunskap och erfarenhet eller ett genuint intresse för arbete inom hemvård. Är flexibel, noggrann och har ett professionellt och respektfullt bemötande. Kan uttrycka dig väl i tal och skrift i det svenska språket. Har god digital kompetens. Trivs med både teamarbete och självständigt ansvar. Körkort är ett krav.

Vid anställning ska belastningsregisterutdrag uppvisas. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Gällivare kommun är förvaltningskommun för samiska, meänkieli och finska. Kunskaper i något av dessa språk är meriterande. Arbetstid/Varaktighet Sysselsättningsgrad 100 %. Tjänstgöring dag/kväll/helg Tillsvidareanställning. Provanställning kan komma att tillämpas.
