The posting

Lindeskolan, Lindesbergs gymnasium, erbjuder ett varierat och brett utbud av både högskoleförberedande och yrkesförberedande program. Totalt finns ca 900 elever som är fördelade på 12 nationella program och olika IM-program.

Lindeskolan har hög andel behöriga lärare i alla ämnen. Personalen är uppdelad i olika arbetslag kopplade till de olika programmen på skolan. Gymnasieskolan är indelad i fyra skolenheter med en ansvarig rektor för varje enhet och har ett väl fungerande elevhälsoteam, där alla professioner finns representerade.

På Lindeskolans IM studerar ca 120 elever i tre olika arbetslag. Flertal studerar vid introduktionsprogrammet individuellt alternativ.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Din roll på Lindeskolans introduktionsprogram är att ansvara för olika typer av motivationshöjande insatser. Du kommer utveckla elevens individuella studieplan så att den har en för eleven gynnsam sammansättning där rätt typ av motivationshöjande insatser sätts in. Det kan handla om att utveckla olika förmågor knutna till studier eller arbete, fördjupad studie- och yrkesvägledning, skapa goda vardagsvanor, arbeta skolnärmande m.m.

Du kommer att samverka med lärare, mentorer och EHT-personal för att på bästa sätt möta eleverna där de är. Verksamheten är under uppbyggnad och du förväntas tillsammans med rektor och arbetslagsledare forma verksamheten.

KVALIFIKATIONER Du som söker har eftergymnasial utbildning inom områden som pedagogiskt- eller socialt arbete eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer likvärdig. Du har även dokumenterad erfarenhet av arbete med motivationshöjande insatser för ungdomar i målgruppen gymnasieskolans introduktionsprogram och dess arbetssätt.

För att lyckas i tjänsten behöver du ha en god förmåga att skapa struktur, motivation och tydliga mål tillsammans med eleverna. Du samarbetar bra med andra, är utåtriktad samt skapar och underhåller förtroendefulla relationer. Att lyssna och kommunicera på ett konstruktivt sätt är för dig en självklarhet. Du tar ett stort ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter och driver själv ditt arbete framåt. Du påverkar andra människors motivation och tillför energi och lust i arbetet. Eftersom du i arbetet möter individer med olika bakgrund och förutsättningar är det viktigt att du värdesätter olikheter och tar med dessa i beräkningen när beslut fattas och handlingssätt väljs.

Meriterande erfarenheter är arbete med närvarofrämjande arbete och arbete med vägledning mot arbete och/eller studier. Även dokumenterad erfarenhet av strukturerat motivationsarbete och dokumentation och uppföljning utifrån individuell studieplan är meriterande.
