Om Genero I femton år har vi i Genero stöttat offentlig sektor med kvalificerade konsulter och interimslösningar. Under den tiden har vi byggt ett rykte som en trygg, kunnig och långsiktig partner – och nu vill vi bli flera. Vår expansion drivs av ett tydligt behov inom den offentliga sektorn: kompetenta konsulter som kan stärka offentliga verksamheter i förändring, säkerställa kvalitet och bidra till samhällsnytta. Du blir anställd av Genero men kommer att arbeta på plats ute hos kund. För vissa av uppdragen är det också möjligt att arbeta som underkonsult åt oss.

1. Utbildning Krav: Eftergymnasial utbildning inom inköp och upphandling, juridik, ekonomi eller annan utbildning som är relevant för kommande uppdrag.

2. Arbetslivserfarenhet Krav: Minst 3 års arbetslivserfarenhet som offentlig upphandlare med mycket goda kunskaper inom upphandlingslagstiftningen enligt LOU och LUF.

Ha genomfört minst fem upphandlingar, från behovsanalys och framtagande av upphandlingsdokument till tilldelningsbeslut och avtalstecknande ("från ax till limpa").

Meriterande: Att ha arbetat med entreprenadupphandling eller it-upphandling.

3. IT-kunskaper Krav: Du har goda kunskaper inom Excel, Word och PowerPoint

Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat i ett upphandlingsverktyg som t.ex. Visma eller Tendsign,

4. Personliga egenskaper · Vi sätter stor vikt vid din personlighet. Du är ansvarstagande, noggrann, relativt stresstålig och har god vana av att hantera detaljer. Du kan arbeta självständigt, men även fungera bra i grupp. · Du är bekväm med att presentera ditt arbete för andra.

5. Språk Du är duktig på att skriva på svenska och du talar flytande muntlig svenska.
