Nu söker vi en erfaren upphandlingskonsult som vill vara med och utveckla våra kunders inköpsprocesser. ArkivIT är ett ledande konsultföretag med spetskompetens inom digital arkiv- och informationshantering med stort fokus på offentlig sektor. Sedan starten 2010 har vi växt och utvecklats, och vi söker nu en erfaren upphandlingskonsult för att stärka vårt team. Vi arbetar med uppdrag för både offentliga och privata kunder och har en stark kultur som värdesätter kompetens och utveckling. Om rollen Som upphandlingskonsult hos ArkivIT kommer du att leda och stötta våra kunder genom upphandlingsprocesser och affärsnyttiga lösningar. Du kommer att säkerställa att våra kunder gör affärer på rätt sätt genom effektiva och väl genomförda inköpsprocesser. Dina arbetsuppgifter:

Leda och genomföra upphandlingar från start till mål.

Säkerställa att upphandlingar genomförs i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning och regler.

Ge rådgivning och stöd till kunder i hela upphandlingsprocessen.

Arbeta nära både interna och externa intressenter för att uppnå bästa resultat.

Kvalifikationer Krav:

Minst 5 års erfarenhet av upphandling och avtalsarbete, gärna inom offentlig sektor

Kunskap om Lagen om Offentlig Upphandling (LOU) och andra relevanta regelverk

Goda kunskaper av förekommande upphandlingssystem

Relevant utbildning inom ekonomi, teknik, offentlig förvaltning eller juridik

Flytande svenska i tal och skrift

Meriterande:

Erfarenhet av att arbeta med stora och komplexa upphandlingar

Erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla processer inom offentlig sektor

Erfarenhet av upphandling inom bygg och entreprenad

Du är kommunikativ och har en förmåga att bygga förtroende både internt och med externa parter. Du är strukturerad och har känsla för detaljer.
