The posting

Förskolan Skatan är ett föräldrakooperativ som ligger mitt i Bagarmossen, ca 15 minuter från Slussen. Kooperativet har funnits i många år med en stabil och engagerad personalgrupp. På Skatan är den miljö vi erbjuder barnen ett ständigt utvecklingsområde. Vi vill att miljö, material och aktiviteter ska ge barnen en mångfald av möjligheter där deras unika personligheter kan få näring, stimulans och utmaningar. Våra 42 barn är åldersmässigt fördelade på tre grupper. Vår förskola har ljusa lokaler med två gårdar. Närheten till flera parker och skog ger en varierad utemiljö. På Skatan har personal och föräldrar ett mycket gott samarbete med en tydlig arbetsfördelning där pedagogerna ansvarar för den pedagogiska verksamheten. Vi använder oss av ett utforskande arbetssätt och hämtar inspiration från Reggio Emilia-pedagogik. Ur Skatans värdegrund: Jag duger som jag är och jag är en som kan. Vi söker dig som är utbildad barnskötare och som sätter barnet i centrum, lyssnar, ser barnens behov och är närvarande. Du är engagerad, nyfiken, positiv och kreativ. Du ser möjligheter istället för hinder och är flexibel. Du kommunicerar tydligt och tycker om att ta ansvar.

Vi förväntar oss att du har: Utbildning till barnskötare God kännedom om Läroplan för förskolan God förmåga att samarbeta. God förmåga att uttrycka dig både muntligt och skriftligt på svenska. God kännedom om barns utveckling, lärande och omsorgsbehov. God förmåga att leda en barngrupp Förmåga att hålla utvecklingssamtal Förmåga att hålla i introduktionen av nya barn och familjer Förmåga att jobba med alla åldrar i förskolan Kunskap och förmåga att använda Ipad och datorer Erfarenhet av att arbeta i projekt och med pedagogisk dokumentation
