The posting

På uppdrag av Skolverket genomför Merit Utbildning ett kompetenslyft för personal inom äldreomsorg som har ett annat modersmål än svenska. Syftet är att stärka deltagarnas språkutveckling, yrkeskompetens och samarbete i mötet med omsorgstagare, anhöriga och kollegor.

Nu söker vi engagerade utbildare som vill bidra till ett utvecklingsarbete som gör verklig skillnad i vardagen.

Om rollen Som utbildare ansvarar du för att planera, genomföra och följa upp undervisning i yrkesinriktad svenska. Undervisningen fokuserar på:

  • Kommunikation och interkulturell förståelse
  • Dokumentation och digitala verktyg
  • Samarbete i arbetslaget

Du arbetar både självständigt och i samverkan med andra, och anpassar undervisningen efter deltagarnas behov och nivå. I rollen ingår även att etablera och utveckla kontakter med kommuner och verksamhetschefer för att sprida information om kompetenslyftet.

Undervisningen sker både på distans och på plats.

Din profil Nu söker vi utbildare som ska undervisa i yrkesinriktad svenska med fokus på:

  • Kommunikation och interkulturell förståelse
  • Dokumentation och digitala verktyg
  • Samarbete i arbetslaget

Vi söker dig som

  • Har erfarenhet av att undervisa i svenska som andraspråk, gärna med yrkesinriktning
  • Kan anpassa undervisning efter olika förutsättningar och språknivåer
  • Har erfarenhet från äldreomsorgen
  • Är trygg i att använda digitala verktyg och läroplattformar
  • Uttrycker dig väl i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av vuxenpedagogik, handledning eller arbete som språkombud.
