Om jobbet Som utbildningssamordnare hos oss får du en central roll i vår verksamhet och ansvarar för våra fordonstekniska utbildningar i Hässleholm. Du leder och samordnar den dagliga verksamheten, planerar utbildningarnas utveckling och stöttar både lärare och deltagare i deras vardag. Rollen präglas av stor frihet under ansvar där du själv planerar och prioriterar ditt arbete. Du blir också YrkesAkademins ansikte utåt och bygger relationer med uppdragsgivare, myndigheter och företrädare för fordonsbranschen. Dina arbetsuppgifter Ansvara för den dagliga driften och utvecklingen av våra fordonstekniska utbildningar i Hässleholm. Planera, samordna och följa upp utbildningsverksamheten på både kort och lång sikt. Stötta, vägleda och motivera lärare och deltagare i deras vardag. Hantera administration kopplad till utbildningarna, exempelvis rapportering, dokumentation och myndighetskontakter. Vara YrkesAkademins representant gentemot uppdragsgivare, myndigheter och fordonsbranschen samt utveckla och vårda branschkontakter.

Vem är du? Vi söker dig som trivs i en varierad roll med många kontaktytor och stort eget ansvar. Du har erfarenhet av att samordna verksamheter, leda människor eller arbeta i en koordinerande roll. Du är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att skapa förtroendefulla relationer. Samtidigt trivs du i en verksamhet där tempot stundtals är högt och där förutsättningarna snabbt kan förändras.Det här är viktigt för rollen B-körkort. Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig på svenska i tal och skrift. Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete och god datorvana. God planerings- och organisationsförmåga samt förmåga att prioritera mellan olika arbetsuppgifter. Ledarskapsförmåga, eget driv och en hög grad av ansvarstagande.

Det är ett plus om du också har C- och/eller D-körkort. Fordonsteknisk bakgrund, exempelvis som mekaniker, tekniker eller utbildare inom fordonsbranschen. Erfarenhet av att arbeta inom utbildningsverksamhet eller med samordning av kompetensutveckling.
