Nu söker vi en utesäljare till ett växande digitalt plattformsbolag som hjälper kommersiella aktörer & uthyrare i fastighetsbranschen att synas och nå ut.Organisationen har fått utmärkelsen Gasellföretag tre gånger, vilket har lett till att de har fått den ärofyllda titeln Mästergasell! Din rollI rollen ansvarar du för att skapa och utveckla affärer med fastighetsägare, uthyrare och företag inom fastighetsbranschen. Du arbetar med hela säljprocessen, från prospektering till avslut. Arbetet sker via telefon, digitala möten och fysiska kundbesök när det behövs. Fokus ligger på både nykundsbearbetning och att utveckla befintliga kundrelationer. Kunderna är främst fastighetsägare och företag som erbjuder liknande tjänster. Rollen innebär resor och kundbesök inom tillsatt område Södra eller Norra Sverige. Du rapporterar till försäljningschefen med huvudkontoret beläget i moderna Vi tror att duHar erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning, gärna från en uppsökande säljroll Trivs med att boka möten, träffa kunder och driva affärer framåt Är lyhörd, förtroendeingivande och tydlig i din kommunikation Har intresse för fastigheter, media eller digitala tjänster Är självgående och motiveras av att nå mål och utveckla kundrelationer Behärskar svenska väl i tal och skrift; engelska är meriterande

Erfarenhet från marknadsföring, media och/eller kommersiella fastigheter är ett plus, men inget krav. Det viktigaste är ditt driv, din nyfikenhet och din vilja att skapa resultat tillsammans med kunderna.
