Som Uthyrningsadministratör på Victoriahem bidrar du till en smidig uthyrningsprocess och hjälper människor på vägen till sitt nya hem. Här blir du en viktig del av ett engagerat team, med många kontaktytor och ett arbete där din noggrannhet och förmåga att få saker gjorda uppskattas varje dag. Om rollen Som Uthyrningsadministratör hos Victoriahem blir du en central del av vårt team som stöttar våra områdeskontor med administrativa uppgifter i hela uthyrningsprocessen. Du har daglig kontakt med både interna kollegor, bostadssökande och hyresgäster, och ditt arbete är avgörande för att ärenden hanteras korrekt, professionellt och i tid. I din roll hanterar du bostadssökande, genomför intygskontroller, skapar och skickar ut lägenhetskontrakt samt administrerar ansökningar för andrahandsuthyrning. Du bokar besiktningar, hanterar uppsägningar av lägenheter och är en viktig stödfunktion som bidrar till att våra interna processer fungerar smidigt och effektivt. Om dig Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, noggrann och kvalitetsmedveten, samtidigt som du arbetar effektivt och gillar att hitta lösningar. Du trivs med administrativa arbetsuppgifter, följer processer och kan anpassa dig när förutsättningarna förändras. Som person är du serviceinriktad, kommunikativ, prestigelös och du uppskattar samarbetet med både kollegor och kunder. Du arbetar självständigt, tar eget ansvar och har lätt för att prioritera när flera uppgifter pågår samtidigt. Viktigt för tjänsten är:

Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete

Goda kunskaper i Officepaketet, särskilt Excel

Vana av att arbeta i IT-baserade affärssystem och hantera flera system parallellt

Minst en 3-årig gymnasieutbildning

Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, såväl i tal som skrift

Kunskap inom hyresjuridik är meriterande

Utbildning inom administration är meriterande
