Om tjänsten I rollen som Uthyrningssupport får du en unik inblick i delar av uthyrningsprocessen, med en särskilt stark betoning på de delar där din serviceinriktade inställning verkligen kommer till sin rätt. Dina arbetsuppgifter är att kontakta potentiella hyresgäster om värdet av att välja just våra hem. Du kommer att:

Aktivt ringa upp nya kunder som anmält intresse av att bli kontaktade med målet att skapa förtroende och stimulera till uthyrning

Arbeta med både inkommande och utgående samtal för att säkerställa snabb och personlig kontakt med potentiella hyresgäster

Vara beredd på att hantera kundserviceuppgifter och svara på frågor från både befintliga och potentiella hyresgäster

Detta är en direktrekrytering till Victoriahem med start omgående. Arbetstiderna är förlagda på kontorstider men helg och kvällsarbete förekommer. Om dig Vi söker dig som förenar en stark säljinstinkt med en genuin känsla för service. Du är målinriktad och service-minded och trivs i en dynamisk miljö. Vi ser gärna att du har tidigare erfarenhet av kundkontakt. Du har datavana och kan snabbt sätta dig in i nya system. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha en god kommunikationsförmåga, vara lösningsfokuserad, strukturerad, noggrann och ha ett sinne för detaljer. För att trivas i rollen behöver du uppskatta att ha många kontaktytor, ha en positiv inställning och kunna bidra till god stämning på arbetsplatsen.

Erfarenhet av kundkontakt och en bakgrund inom mål fokuserat arbete är meriterande

Du trivs med att arbeta med människor och har förmågan att snabbt bygga starka relationer

Du är kommunikativ, övertygande och har en naturlig förmåga att sälja in idéer – både på svenska och engelska
