Utredare på Socialstyrelsens analysavdelning kartlägger, följer upp, utvärderar, analyserar och prognosticerar utvecklingen inom hälso- och sjukvård, tandvård och socialtjänst. Om tjänsten Som utredare på enheten för analyser inom psykisk ohälsa kommer du att leda projekt men även delta som projektmedarbetare i andra uppdrag. I rollen ingår också att bidra med din utredarkompetens i andra projekt på enheten, avdelningen eller på övriga delar av myndigheten. Enheten kartlägger, följer upp, utvärderar och analyserar frågor kopplade till psykisk ohälsa. I rollen samarbetar du internt och samråder med externa aktörer och kommunicerar resultat såväl skriftligt som muntligt. Om dig För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha god analytisk förmåga, förmåga att samarbeta i kombination med att arbeta strukturerat och självständigt. Du är flexibel och kan snabbt sätta dig in i nya projekt och uppdrag. Du har en god kommunikativ förmåga, både i tal och skrift. Vid rekryteringen kommer vi att lägga stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper. Vi söker dig som har Akademisk examen som bedöms relevant Goda metodkunskaper, såväl kvantitativa som kvalitativa Erfarenhet av arbete som utredare Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka sig i tal och skrift på svenska

Det är meriterande om du har Kunskap inom psykisk ohälsa Kunskap om hälso- och sjukvårdssystemet och/eller socialtjänsten som är relevant för uppdraget Erfarenhet av arbete på statlig myndighet Erfarenhet av kvalificerat utrednings- och analysarbete Kunskap om olika utvärderingsmetoder och dess tillämpning

Bra att veta Anställningen är en särskild visstidsanställning (SÄVA) på ett år. Du utgår ifrån kontoret på Västerbroplan i Stockholm, men har möjlighet att arbeta på distans upp till 2 dagar i veckan. Våren 2027 flyttar vi till Solna Strand. Din tjänstetitel blir utredare och din placering är på enheten A/PSO- Analyser inom psykisk ohälsa. När du ansöker får du besvara ett antal urvalsfrågor som är kopplade till kravprofilen i annonsen.
