Ett etablerat VVS-företag på Gotland med en bred verksamhet inom både service och entreprenad. Företaget består idag av ett engagerat team på cirka 15 medarbetare som tillsammans arbetar för att leverera hög kvalitet, bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer och utveckla verksamheten på ett hållbart sätt. I takt med att verksamheten utvecklas och projekten blir fler har man identifierat ett ökat behov av samordning, struktur och verksamhetsstöd. För att stärka organisationen söker vi nu en Verksamhetskoordinator som vill ta en central roll i att utveckla interna arbetssätt, stödja projekten och bidra till att verksamheten fungerar effektivt och långsiktigt. I rollen får du en bred arbetsuppgift med stort eget ansvar och möjlighet att arbeta nära både ledning, projekt och medarbetare. Du blir en viktig del av verksamheten och får möjlighet att påverka hur företaget arbetar, utveckla rutiner och processer samt bidra till organisationens fortsatta utveckling. Om rollen Som Verksamhetskoordinator blir du en nyckelperson i det dagliga arbetet och en viktig länk mellan ledning, projekt och administration. Rollen är bred och varierad och passar dig som tycker om att skapa struktur, driva frågor framåt och bidra där verksamheten behöver dig som mest. Du kommer att arbeta både operativt och utvecklande, med allt från ekonomisk uppföljning och projektadministration till systemstöd, arbetsmiljöfrågor och verksamhetsutveckling. Ingen dag är den andra lik, och du får möjlighet att påverka både ditt arbete och hur verksamheten arbetar framåt. Dina ansvarsområden: Ekonomisk uppföljning, administration och verksamhetsstöd Samordning och stöd i pågående projekt och entreprenader Utveckling och effektivisering av interna processer, rutiner och system Koordinering av arbetsmiljö-, HR- och kvalitetsrelaterade frågor Kund- och leverantörskontakter samt administrativt stöd till verksamheten Bidra till företagets affärs- och verksamhetsutveckling

Vi söker dig som: Har erfarenhet av ekonomi, administration, projektledning eller annan verksamhetsnära roll Trivs med att kombinera struktur, koordinering och utvecklingsarbete Har god systemvana och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya arbetssätt och digitala verktyg Är självgående, initiativrik och van att ta ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter Har god kommunikativ förmåga och tycker om att samarbeta med både kollegor, kunder och externa parter Drivs av att skapa ordning, förbättra processer och utveckla verksamheter
