Om oss 4Bright utvecklar 4BrightRX – en AI-driven rekryteringsplattform byggd specifikt för den svenska arbetsmarknaden, i samarbete med NAISS och Linköpings universitet. Till skillnad från många internationella konkurrenter är 4BrightRX genuint lokaliserad för svenska förhållanden – inte bara översatt – och bygger på beprövad, forskningsförankrad rekryteringsmetodik. Plattformen är en produktionsklar Windows-skrivbordsapplikation med moduler för AI-baserad kandidatutvärdering (Recruit Ranker), CRM, automatiserad e-postkommunikation och teamdiagnostik. Varje kund körs i en fullt isolerad, säker miljö (multi-tenant). Nu söker vi en utvecklare som vill vara med och bygga vidare på plattformen – från AI-pipeline och backend till skrivbordsapplikationens paketering och nya funktioner som röststyrning. Om tjänsten Som utvecklare hos oss arbetar du nära grundaren i hela stacken – från backend och AI-integration till frontend och paketering av skrivbordsappen. Du får stort eget ansvar och möjlighet att direkt påverka produktens riktning. Du kommer bland annat att: • Vidareutveckla backend i Python/FastAPI, inklusive AI-pipelinen för kandidatutvärdering (OpenAI GPT) • Bygga och underhålla frontend i React (app.jsx), samt paketera applikationen med Electron för Windows • Utveckla nya funktioner, bland annat en röststyrd assistent (Whisper + GPT function calling) • Säkerställa robust multi-tenant-arkitektur med full dataisolering mellan kunder • Arbeta med CV-tolkning/OCR (pymupdf), e-postintegration (SMTP) och kalenderfunktioner • Bygga och underhålla produktionsflöden med PyInstaller och Electron samt tillhörande backup- och testrutiner • Felsöka och stabilisera befintliga moduler samt skriva ny funktionalitet i nära dialog med grundaren Vem vi söker Vi tror att du: • Har erfarenhet av Python-utveckling, gärna med FastAPI eller liknande ramverk • Har erfarenhet av React eller annat modernt frontend-ramverk • Har kunskap om, eller intresse för, Electron och paketering av skrivbordsapplikationer • Har erfarenhet av att integrera AI/LLM-API:er (t.ex. OpenAI) i produktionssystem • Är van vid SQL-databaser (t.ex. SQLite) och grundläggande devops/paketeringsrutiner • Är självgående, strukturerad och trivs med att äga hela utvecklingscykeln – från idé till driftsatt funktion • Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska Erfarenhet av rekryteringsbranschen, AI-driven textanalys eller arbete i mindre startupmiljö är meriterande men inget krav.
