Chef teknikutveckling och taktiskt underhåll Vill du vara med och forma framtidens automatiserade lagerdrift? ICA DE Västerås står inför en stor automationsresa. Här får du komma in tidigt, leda ett specialistteam och påverka hur teknik, arbetssätt och organisation utvecklas framåt. Om jobbet som Chef teknikutveckling och taktiskt underhåll Du leder ett team av teknikutvecklare och Superusers och ansvarar tillsammans med teamet för att utveckla och förvalta automationen på ICA DE Västerås. Uppdraget handlar om att säkerställa hög teknisk tillgänglighet och stabil drift idag, samtidigt som vi bygger för framtidens behov. Du kommer bland annat att: leda och utveckla ett team av tekniska specialister förvalta och vidareutveckla våra automationsanläggningar driva teknik- och automationsprojekt från idé till fungerande lösning utveckla arbetssätt för uppföljning, optimering och underhåll samarbeta med externa teknik- och underhållsleverantörer identifiera och utvärdera ny teknik.

Är du den vi söker? Vi söker dig med en stark teknisk grund som kan leda specialister och samtidigt se hur teknik, automation och verksamhet hänger ihop. Vi ser att du har: relevant eftergymnasial teknisk utbildning erfarenhet av personalansvar inom teknisk verksamhet god kunskap inom automation och tekniskt underhåll vana av att leda komplexa teknik- eller automationsprojekt.

Erfarenhet av lagerautomation, PLC/SCADA, LEAN samt förändrings- och förbättringsarbete är meriterande. Därför ska du välja ICA Här kommer du in tidigt i en stor förändringsresa med mandat att påverka team, teknik och arbetssätt. Tekniken är samtidigt en del av något större. Som en del av hela lagerverksamheten bidrar du och ditt team till en viktig del av Sveriges livsmedelsförsörjning och till att maten varje dag når ICA-butiker och miljontals människor runt om i Sverige.
