Vi söker en erfaren UX Designer till ett tekniskt utvecklingsteam som arbetar med avancerade desktopapplikationer inom högteknologiska system. Du får en central roll i att skapa tydliga och användarvänliga gränssnitt för komplexa miljöer där användbarhet, informationsvisualisering och säkerhet är viktiga delar. Om uppdraget 🎯 I rollen ansvarar du för UX- och gränssnittsdesign för desktopapplikationer som hanterar bland annat analys, visualisering av data, realtidsflöden och stora datamängder. Du arbetar nära utvecklare, produktansvariga och andra intressenter genom hela designprocessen – från användarundersökningar och koncept till prototyper, färdig design och användbarhetstester. Vi söker dig som 👤 Du är en erfaren och engagerad UX Designer som trivs i tekniskt komplexa miljöer. Du arbetar strukturerat och användarcentrerat, är nyfiken på användarnas behov och bidrar aktivt till ett starkt designarbete tillsammans med teamet. Arbetsuppgifter 💻 Leda designen av användargränssnitt och användarupplevelser för desktopapplikationer

Genomföra användarundersökningar för att förstå användarnas behov och beteenden

Ta fram wireframes, prototyper och high-fidelity-design

Samarbeta med utvecklare, produktansvariga och andra intressenter kring nya funktioner

Utveckla och förvalta designsystem och style guides

Genomföra användbarhetstester och vidareutveckla design utifrån feedback

Obligatoriska krav ✅ Relevant kandidat- eller masterexamen inom Design, Human-Computer Interaction eller närliggande område

Dokumenterad erfarenhet som UX Designer

Stark portfolio med relevanta UX-arbeten

Goda kunskaper i Figma

Erfarenhet av användarundersökningar och usability testing

Stark kompetens inom visuell design

Förståelse för och erfarenhet av designsystem

Flytande svenska och engelska

Möjlighet att genomgå och godkännas i säkerhetsprövning

Meriterande krav ⭐ Erfarenhet av design för komplex datavisualisering

Kunskap om tillgänglighetsstandarder och best practice inom accessibility

Erfarenhet av agila utvecklingsmetoder

Stark kommunikativ och presentationsteknisk förmåga

Erfarenhet av arbete i nära samarbete med tekniska utvecklingsteam

Uppdragsinformation 📍 Plats: Solna, Stockholm Omfattning: 100%, heltid Arbetssätt: Arbete på plats i Solna. Resor till andra verksamhetsorter kan förekomma. Period: Cirka 1 år framåt Sista ansökningsdag: 31 oktober 2026 Säkerhet: Uppdraget kräver godkänd säkerhetsprövning. Beroende på säkerhetsklass kan särskilda krav på medborgarskap förekomma.
