Vill du arbeta med UX i en verksamhet där digitalisering, tillgänglighet och användarcentrerad design står i centrum? Vi söker nu en erfaren UX-designer som vill ta ett självständigt ansvar genom hela designprocessen – från behov och analys till färdig design. Om uppdraget 🎯 Du kommer att förstärka en offentlig verksamhet med kompetens inom UX och interaktionsdesign. Rollen innebär arbete med utveckling av digitala tjänster och kan även innebära att du bidrar i andra initiativ inom organisationen. Du kommer att arbeta nära produktägare, utvecklare och andra kompetenser i agila och tvärfunktionella team. Vi söker dig som 👤 Du har flera års erfarenhet av UX-design och interaktionsdesign för digitala tjänster och är van att självständigt driva designarbete från identifierat behov till färdig lösning. Du har god förståelse för användbarhet, tillgänglighet och designsystem samt erfarenhet av att skapa genomarbetade användargränssnitt för både iOS och Android. Uppdraget motsvarar kompetensnivå 3, vilket innebär hög kompetens och normalt cirka 4–8 års erfarenhet inom rollen. Arbetsuppgifter 🛠️ Planera och driva UX-arbete från behov till färdig design

Designa användargränssnitt för digitala tjänster

Ta fram prototyper i Figma

Arbeta med designsystem och komponentbibliotek

Säkerställa tillgänglighet enligt WCAG 2.1

Samarbeta i agila och tvärfunktionella produkt- och utvecklingsteam

Bidra till användarundersökningar och användningstester

Obligatoriska krav ✅ Flerårig dokumenterad erfarenhet av interaktionsdesign och UX-design för digitala tjänster

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att designa användargränssnitt för både iOS och Android

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av designsystem och komponentbibliotek

Flerårig erfarenhet av prototypframtagning i Figma

Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att tillämpa WCAG 2.1 i design av digitala tjänster

Erfarenhet av att självständigt planera och driva UX-arbete från behov till färdig design

Erfarenhet av arbete i agila och tvärfunktionella produkt- och utvecklingsteam

Obehindrade kunskaper i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Meriterande krav ⭐ Erfarenhet av att ta fram, vidareutveckla och förvalta designsystem och komponentbibliotek

Erfarenhet av UI och visuell design

Erfarenhet av att skapa och förvalta komponenter i Figma, inklusive variants, properties och variables

God kunskap om Apple Human Interface Guidelines och Material Design

Erfarenhet av att planera, genomföra och analysera användarundersökningar och användningstester

Erfarenhet från statlig myndighet eller annan offentlig verksamhet
