ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vi söker erfarna vårdbiträden till hemtjänsten i Järpen.

Som vårdbiträde inom hemvården arbetar du nära legitimerad personal och övriga kollegor i teamet för att ge god, trygg och individanpassad omsorg till våra brukare. Dina arbetsuppgifter är att tillsammans med övrig personal genomföra god vård och omvårdnad utifrån beviljade insatser i hemmet. Vi arbetar utifrån ett rehabiliterande förhållningssätt för att bibehålla och stärka personens förmåga. Arbetet är schemalagt dag, kväll och helg.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som:

  • Har tidigare erfarenhet av arbete som vårdbiträde
  • Har erfarenhet av att hantera läkemedel via delegering.
  • Är trygg i din yrkesroll och kan arbeta självständigt.
  • Har god kunskap i svenska språket - kan kommunicera i tal och skrift.
  • Har förmåga att dokumentera tydligt och noggrant enligt gällande rutiner.
  • Har B-körkort (krav för arbete inom hemtjänsten)

Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet: Tillsvidare, tillträde: 2026-10-30 Vi rekryterar löpande och tjänster kan komma att tillsättas omgående.

Tjänsten är vakant under förutsättning att ingen övertalighet, behov av omplacering eller företräde finns i kommunen. Provanställning kan komma att tillämpas. Mer information om Åre kommun finner du på www.are.se
