The posting

Om tjänsten Agila Institutet VUX bedriver kommunal vuxenutbildning (komvux) på flera orter, bland annat i Västerås och Falun. Vi har valt att specialisera oss inom yrkesutbildningen till undersköterska. Som vårdlärare hos oss har du fullt fokus på undervisning, lärande och varje elevs kunskapsutveckling. Vi vill att din tid ska användas där den gör störst skillnad – i mötet med eleverna. Därför har vi erfarna kursadministratörer som ansvarar för samtliga administrativa uppgifter och arbetar nära lärarna i det dagliga arbetet. Vi strävar efter att vara en arbetsplats där du trivs, känner engagemang och upplever att ditt arbete uppskattas. Undervisningen bedrivs i arbetslag där alla delar ett gemensamt intresse för utbildningens kvalitet och vård- och omsorgsverksamhetens behov. Kvalifikationer För att vara aktuell för tjänsten krävs att du: har lärarexamen med inriktning vård och omsorg har bred ämneskompetens inom vård- och omsorgsområdet har god IT- och datorvana, då digitala verktyg används dagligen

Vårt arbetssätt Agila Institutet VUX arbetar utifrån en genomtänkt och beprövad vuxenpedagogisk modell med en tydlig röd tråd från kursstart till betyg. Modellen skapar struktur, förutsägbarhet och goda förutsättningar för både elevernas lärande och lärarnas samarbete. Utbildningen präglas av individualisering och tydliga studieplaner, där varje elevs förutsättningar och behov tas tillvara genom regelbundna avstämningspunkter. Anställningsvillkor Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Hel- eller deltid Anställningsform: 6 månaders provanställning
