Kunden är en kille med autism som behöver ett starkt och samspelt stöd i sin vardag. Om tjänsten Som personlig assistent är du kundens förlängda arm och trygghet i vardagen. Arbetspassen är förlagda till dygn eller långpass, vilket kräver att du trivs med att arbeta fokuserat under längre perioder. En central del av tjänsten innebär att du följer med kunden till hans dagliga verksamhet, där han har sitt arbete. Din roll är att finnas där som ett stöd så att han kan utföra sina arbetsuppgifter på bästa sätt. Vem är du? För att trivas och lyckas i rollen ser vi att du besitter följande egenskaper: Lugn och trygg: Du är en person som behåller fattningen i alla situationer och utstrålar stabilitet. Lyhörd och strukturerad: Du har mycket lätt för att följa strikta rutiner – något som är helt avgörande för kundens välmående och förutsägbarhet. Tydlig i din kommunikation: Vår kund har svårt att tolka diffusa budskap. Du behöver därför vara rak, konkret och tydlig i ditt sätt att vara. På vårt mysiga kontor hittar du 6 anställda, 5 som tillhör Assistans på Gotland och 1 som tillhör Humana Assistans. Vi har förmånen att ha vår egen jurist som sitter i Stockholm men arbetar mot våra kunder på Gotland! För oss är assistenterna vår största resurs och enormt betydelsefulla.
