Arbetsuppgifter Vi ska utöka vår ekonomiavdelning och i somras sökte vi en ekonomiassistent på 75 %. Nu utlyser vi tjänsten på nytt eftersom vi nu kan erbjuda en heltidstjänst. Vi erbjuder ett varierande och utvecklande arbete där du blir en viktig del av ekonomiavdelningens dagliga verksamhet och får möjlighet att arbeta brett inom ekonomiadministration. Som ekonomiassistent kommer du att vara delaktig i flera av våra ekonomiska processer och ha en central roll i det löpande arbetet. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter består av att hantera kund- och leverantörsreskontra, kontera leverantörsfakturor, bokföra in- och utbetalningar samt ansvara för fakturering. Du kommer även att arbeta med kassaredovisningar, avstämningar, löpande bokföring och andra administrativa uppgifter. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har fullständig gymnasieutbildning och med en eftergymnasial utbildning inom ekonomi, samt flerårig erfarenhet av liknande arbeten i närtid. För tjänsten krävs det att du har god kunskap i svenska och kan kommunicera mycket väl i både tal och skrift. Du har god datorvana, systemerfarenhet och goda kunskaper i Excel. Som person är du noggrann och tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter. Du planerar och organiserar ditt arbete på ett effektivt sätt utifrån verksamhetens behov. Du är tillmötesgående i ditt förhållningssätt och nyfiken på att lära dig nya saker och tar egna initiativ. Du tycker om att samarbeta och att ge god service till våra medborgare.
