Vaktmästare, VBU Västerbergslagens utbildningsförbund, VBU, är ett kommunalförbund som bedriver gymnasial utbildning, kulturskola, vuxenutbildning, yrkeshögskoleutbildning och uppdragsutbildning. Vi arbetar på uppdrag av Ludvika och Smedjebackens kommuner. VBU har ca 250 anställda, ca 2 600 elever och omsätter ca 325 Mkr. Vår verksamhet bedrivs i Ludvika, Smedjebacken och Grängesberg. Vi söker nu en engagerad vaktmästare som vill vara en aktiv del av skolans gemenskap och som kan bidra till en trygg, välfungerande och positiv miljö för våra elever. Du har ett genuint servicefokus och ett positivt bemötande. Du är lösningsfokuserad och ser vad som behöver göras. Förutom samarbetet med vaktmästargruppen samarbetar du nära våra IT-tekniker för att utveckla vår digitala miljö. En förutsättning för att kunna trivas hos oss är att du känner igen dig i vår värdegrund som genomsyras av delaktighet, trygghet, samarbete, tydlighet och respekt. Dina arbetsuppgifter Hos oss är vaktmästarrollen både praktisk, teknisk, digital och social. Du är en synlig vuxen i skolans vardag, någon som elever lär känna, som personal vänder sig till och som bidrar till att få helheten att fungera. Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att bestå av: Felavhjälpande åtgärder och underhåll Tillsynsrundor av olika slag, rondering och felsökning Ansvar för nycklar, larm och säkerhetsrutiner samt att programmera och utfärda passerkort till personal och elever. Samordning/koordinering av projekt Hantera beställningar och leveranser Kontakt med entreprenörer och fastighetsägare Bygga goda relationer med elever och bidra till en trygg skolmiljö

Kvalifikationer/Krav Gymnasium eller motsvarande Vana från liknande arbetsuppgifter Digital- och teknisk kompetens Kunna hantera tunga lyft Goda kunskaper i svenska språket (tal och skrift) B-körkort, BE-körkort är meriterande

Om anställningsvillkoren Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Vi behovsprövar och tillämpar provanställning upp till 6 månader samt begär uppvisande av utdrag ur belastnings-/ misstankeregistret vid anställning. Placering Du är placerad på VBU centralt med hela VBU som ditt arbetsområde utifrån behov. Du rapporterar till närmaste chef.
