Vi bedriver verksamhet över hela världen under flera olika varumärken. Bolaget växer på internationell plan och arbetar numera både lokalt, nationellt och internationellt. Vi behöver nu accelerera vår säljorganisation. Om tjänsten Vi erbjuder nu en sällsynt möjlighet att bli direkt anställd i bolagets ledningsgrupp med ansvar för försäljningsutveckling på bolagets samtliga marknader. Beprövad ledarskapsförmåga, vara detaljorienterad, ha hög grad av integritet och problemlösningsförmåga. Beprövad erfarenhet av att sätta och genomföra en försäljningsstrategi i en miljö med hög tillväxt och/eller i en uppstartsmiljö. Stark kommunikationsförmåga i tal och skrift. Förmåga att multitaska och slutföra affärsresultat inom uppsatt tidslinje. Erfarenhet i att jobba med AI för sälj (meriterande)

Vad du kommer att göra: Rekrytera och leda anställda. Driva försäljnings- och intäktsmål genom en kombination av arbete mot den svenska och internationella marknaden. Utveckla och leverera övertygande förslag, presentationer och pitchar till beslutsfattare. Övervaka marknadstrender och konkurrenters aktiviteter för att justera strategier och ligga steget före dessa. Tvärfunktionellt samarbete: Arbeta nära marknadsförings-, teknik- och kundteam för att anpassa affärsutvecklingsinsatserna till företagets övergripande mål. Rapportering och analys: Spåra och rapportera aktiviteter, prestationsmått och nyckelprestationer. Utveckla och genomföra strategier för att penetrera och växa på den internationella marknaden. Identifiera och prioritera viktiga marknadssegment och möjligheter till expansion.
