Om rollen Som verksamhetschef ansvarar du för den dagliga driften av verksamheten. Du säkerställer att arbetet bedrivs med hög kvalitet, god etik och i enlighet med gällande lagstiftning samt kommunens krav. Du leder och utvecklar verksamheten inom: personal kvalitet arbetsmiljö rutiner och arbetssätt

Du är en trygg ledare som motiverar medarbetare och skapar goda förutsättningar för en omsorg med hög kvalitet. Tjänsten kräver att du godkänns av kommunen enligt gällande avtalskrav. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Ansvar för den dagliga operativa verksamheten Säkerställa att verksamheten följer lagar, föreskrifter och riktlinjer Personalansvar inkl. arbetsledning och kompetensutveckling Kvalitetsarbete och uppföljning Kontakt med kommun och andra samarbetspartners Utveckla och förbättra rutiner och arbetssätt

Kvalifikationer (krav) Verksamhetsansvarig ska uppfylla något av följande: Avslutad högskoleutbildning inom socialt arbete, exempelvis socionom, beteendevetare eller liknande, samt minst 12 månaders operativ arbetsledande erfarenhet inom hemtjänst (med ansvar för personal, ekonomi och verksamhet)

eller Minst 24 månaders operativ arbetsledande erfarenhet inom hemtjänst med ansvar för det dagliga arbetet

Dessutom krävs: God kunskap om tillämpliga lagar, förordningar och föreskrifter inom vård och omsorg Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift God administrativ förmåga och datorvana
