Verksamhetschef hemtjänst hemtjänst Vaxholm och Solna Olir AB söker en verksamhetschef till vår hemtjänstverksamhet i Vaxholm och Solna kommun. Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av hemtjänst och äldreomsorg och som vill ta ett övergripande ansvar för att leda, utveckla och kvalitetssäkra verksamheten. Du kommer att ha en viktig roll i organisationen och arbeta nära såväl medarbetarna och samordnare som kunder, anhörig och kommunernas representanter. Arbetsuppgifter: som verksamhetschef ansvarar du för den löpande driften och utvecklingen av verksamheten i Vaxholm och Solna. I arbetsuppgifterna ingår bland annat att: leda, planera och följa upp den dagliga verksamheten. Ansvara för personal, bemanning och arbetsmiljö. Leda och stödja samordnare o omsorgspersonal. Säkerställa att verksamheten bedrivs enligt gällande lagstiftning, avtal, kommunernas krav och interna rutiner. Följa upp kvalitet, dokumentation, avvikelser och kundnöjdhet. Arbeta systematiskt med kvalitets- och förbättringsarbete. Säkerställa god kontinuitet och trygghet för kunderna. Samverka med kommunernas handläggare och andra berörda funktioner. Ha en professionell kontakt med kunder och anhöriga. Kvalifikationer: för att vara aktuell för tjänsten ska du uppfylla minst ett av följande krav: Alternativ 1: Du har socionomexamen och jobbat som verksamhetschef minst två år inom hemtjänst. Alternativ 2: Du har mer än två års dokumenterad arbetslivserfarenhet inom hemtjänst i en arbetsledande befattning, exempelvis som samordnare eller avdelningschef. Du ska även ha: God förmåga att leda och organisera verksamheten. God administrativ och digital kompetens. Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift. God samarbets - och kommunikationsförmåga. Meriterande. Det är meriterande om du har: Tidigare erfarenhet som verksamhetschef inom hemtjänsten. Erfarenhet av personalansvar. Erfarenhet av systematiskt kvalitetsarbete. Erfarenhet av samverkan med kommuner. Kunskap om de lagar och regelverk som styr hemtjänst. Personliga egenskaper: Vi söker dig som är en trygg och tydlig ledare. Du är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterat och har förmåga att prioritera och fatta beslut i det dagliga arbetet. Du har ett professionellt förhållningssätt och förstår vikten av god kvalitet, kontinuitet och ett respektfullt bemötande inom hemtjänsten. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.
