Om uppdraget Vi söker vår nästa verksamhetschef för ett konsultuppdrag i Göteborg. Kunden är en verksamhet inom idrott och hälsa. Tillträde för uppdraget är 2026-11-01 och beräknas pågå till 2027-02-28, med chans till förlängning. Tjänsten är på heltid, 100% och arbetet är förlagt dagtid måndag till fredag. Dina arbetsuppgifter Rollen verksamhetschef innebär ett brett ansvarsområde och att leda och utveckla verksamheten med tydligt kund-, helhets-, och framtidsfokus tillsammans med enhetschefer och avdelningens ledningsgrupp och dess stödfunktioner. I rollen ingår även att tydliggöra verksamhetens mål, riktlinjer, prioriteringar och arbetssätt för att möjliggöra och skapa förutsättningar för chefer och medarbetare att klara av att uppnå uppsatta mål. Verksamhetschef ansvarar även för uppföljningar och analyser för att bära in verksamhetsområdet till en helhet ihop med ledningsgruppen. I rollen ingår även att ansvara för externa kontakter med olika samarbetspartners och föreningar Dina kvalifikationer

Du ska ha flera års erfarenhet att leda genom chefer med goda resultat.

Du ska ha minst 5 års erfarenhet som chef med budget- och personalansvar i en offentlig verksamhet.

Du ska ha högskoleexamen inom ekonomi, samhällsvetenskap eller motsvarande som Beställaren bedömer likvärdig.

Du ska ha erfarenhet av målstyrning och förändringsledning samt av att ha genomfört förändringsarbete.

God svenska i tal och skrift.
