Då vår nuvarande verksamhetschef går i pension finns det möjlighet för dig att söka tjänsten som verksamhetschef för Villa Ängsbo HVB hos oss på Humana. I rollen kommer du tillsammans med oss arbeta efter vår vision – Alla har rätt till ett bra liv. Om oss Villa Ängsbo är ett HVB inom Humana som tar emot ungdomar med neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar (NPF) och normbrytande beteenden. Vi erbjuder behandling grundad i lågaffektivt bemötande (LAB) och tydliggörande pedagogik, samt tillämpar metoder som rePULSE och Motiverande samtal (MI). Vårt arbete genomsyras av ett normkritiskt förhållningssätt och Humanas värdeord: Engagemang, Ansvar och Glädje. Inom Humana arbetar vi utifrån evidensbaserade metoder och hög kvalitet för att ge varje individ rätt förutsättningar till ett bra liv. Om tjänsten Som verksamhetschef kommer du att leda och utveckla verksamheten på Villa Ängsbo HVB. Att ha personalansvaret för verksamheten kommer att vara en stor del av ditt arbete och du kommer framför allt att arbeta med att skapa engagemang och delaktighet samt finnas där för stöd till din personal. I rollen som verksamhetschef kommer du huvudsakligen att arbeta med:

Ansvara för boendets dagliga drift, personal och ekonomi

Driva och följa upp behandlings- och utvecklingsarbete kopplat till verksamheten

Säkerställa en god och trygg vård- och behandlingsmiljö utifrån gällande lagstiftning, tillstånd och kvalitetskrav

Upprätthålla goda relationer med uppdragsgivare som socialtjänst samt interna och externa samarbetspartners

Vem är du? Vi kommer att lägga stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper, då vi utgår från Humanas ledarskapsprofil vid rekrytering av nya chefer. Du ska vara handlingskraftig, resultatorienterad och ha en god självkännedom. Vi ser gärna att du har en god kommunikativ förmåga där du har lätt för att skapa och vidhålla kontakter. För denna tjänst krävs det att du har:

Relevant högskole- eller universitetsutbildning inom social omsorg (exempelvis socionomutbildning)

Erfarenhet av målgruppen ungdomar med NPF och/eller normbrytande beteende

Erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla verksamheter med personal- och ekonomiansvar

God kännedom om relevant lagstiftning såsom SoL och LVU

B-körkort

Det är även meriterande om du har:

Erfarenhet av metoder som Lågaffektivt bemötande (LAB), rePULSE och MI

Tidigare erfarenhet som föreståndare eller verksamhetschef inom HVB

Anställningsvillkor Arbetstid: Dagtid, måndag till fredag. Tjänstgöringsgrad och lön: Tillsvidareanställning på 100 %, vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning. Lön sker enligt överenskommelse och övriga ersättningar utgår enligt kollektivavtal. Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse. Vad händer nu?
