ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som verksamhetscontroller inom Beställarenheten får du en central roll i att driva utveckling, kvalitet och uppföljning.

I rollen kommer du bland annat att:

  • utveckla och förbättra uppföljning av verksamheter
  • analysera och utvärdera resultat för att stödja beslut
  • arbeta med kvalitetsfrågor som leder till konkreta förbättringar i beställning, uppföljning och verksamhet
  • initiera utvecklingsarbete i samverkan med sakkunniga och verksamheter kopplade till våra avtal
  • förvalta och vidareutveckla IT stöd kopplade till uppdraget

Du arbetar både självständigt och i nära samarbete med vårdgivare, samverkansparter och kollegor. Rollen formas delvis utifrån verksamhetens behov och dina erfarenheter. I övrigt ingår att utföra arbetsuppgifter efter överenskommelse med beställarchef.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som är analytisk, strukturerad och initiativtagande, med god förmåga att arbeta både självständigt och i nära samarbete med andra. Du behöver vara flexibel och ha förmåga att växla mellan arbetsuppgifter av varierande karaktär och komplexitet.

Du har en väl utvecklad serviceförmåga, är lyhörd och möter andra med ett prestigelöst och ödmjukt förhållningssätt. Vidare krävs att du kommunicerar tydligt och kan förmedla råd och vägledning på ett förtroendeskapande sätt.

Formella krav

  • Högskoleutbildning inom hälso- och sjukvård
  • Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i svenska, både i tal och skrift, samt goda kunskaper i engelska
  • Mycket god administrativ förmåga, inklusive erfarenhet av att ta fram, bearbeta och förvalta styrande dokument och avtal

Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet och samarbetsförmåga.
