Vi söker en verksamhetskonsult till vårt team inom Financial Services i Stockholm. Här får du arbeta nära några av Sveriges största banker och bidra till att utveckla lösningar som gör betalningar snabbare, säkrare och smartare.

Dina framtida arbetsuppgifter Hos oss är du inte bara med och analyserar – du är med och genomför. Du driver förbättringar från idé till verklighet och ser till att lösningar skapar konkret affärsnytta. Du kommer till exempel att: • Arbeta nära kundernas verksamhet och förstå deras utmaningar på djupet • Identifiera förbättringsmöjligheter och omvandla dem till konkreta lösningar • Driva kravarbete och fungera som länken mellan verksamhet och IT • Modellera processer och ta fram beslutsunderlag • Vara delaktig i förändringsresor – från förstudie till implementation

Vem vi tror att du är

Du är nyfiken, lösningsorienterad och gillar att förstå hur saker verkligen fungerar – både tekniskt och affärsmässigt. Du trivs i dialog med kunder och har lätt för att översätta komplexa behov till tydliga krav.

Du har troligen:

  • Några års erfarenhet (ca 4–8 år) av verksamhetsutveckling eller kravarbete inom bank/finans
  • God förståelse för betalningsflöden och betalningsinfrastruktur
  • Erfarenhet av SWIFT och ISO 20022

Har du dessutom varit med i transformationsprojekt inom bank, till exempel modernisering av betalningsflöden, är det ett stort plus.
