Folkuniversitetets verksamhetsidé är att genom kunskap och skapande ge människor förutsättningar för ett rikare liv. Vi är ett icke-vinstdrivande, partipolitiskt och religiöst obundet studieförbund med nära anknytning till universitet och högskolor. I Eskilstuna har vi sedan länge verksamhet på Balsta musikslott där vi erbjuder replokaler och har en mängd olika musikgrupper i gång. Vi har också en växande kursverksamhet i centrala Eskilstuna och samarbeten med lokala hantverkare i deras verkstäder. Om tjänsten Nu vill vi bredda vår folkbildningsverksamhet ytterligare. Vi vill att vår folkbildningsverksamhet i Eskilstuna ska utvecklas genom att stärka samarbetet med lokala aktörer och erbjuda verksamhet som är tillgänglig, relevant och inkluderande. Genom att nå fler grupper, använda kultur och skapande som verktyg för lärande och gemenskap samt bygga broar till vidare studier, arbete och samhällsengagemang kan vi bli en viktig aktör för demokrati, delaktighet och kulturliv i Eskilstuna. Vi söker nu dig som vill bidra till detta. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Förvalta redan befintlig musikverksamhet på Balsta Ansvara för att planera, utveckla och etablera folkbildningsverksamheten i Eskilstuna Identifiera lokala behov, målgrupper och utvecklingsmöjligheter inom folkbildningsområdet Bygga, utveckla och förvalta samverkan med kommun, föreningsliv, myndigheter och andra externa aktörer Omsätta omvärldsbevakning, behovsanalyser och lokala initiativ i relevant och hållbar verksamhet Bidra till att stärka Folkuniversitetets synlighet och roll som folkbildningsaktör i Eskilstuna

Vem vi söker Du har strategisk förmåga, lokal förståelse och genomförandekraft. Du kan analysera målgrupper och behov, driva arbetet från idé till genomförande. Du är relationsskapande och samarbetsinriktad samt kreativ, initiativrik och flexibel i utvecklingen av nya idéer. Vi ser gärna att du har en bred erfarenhet av folkbildning och/eller förenings- eller kulturliv i Eskilstuna. Kvalifikationer Förmåga att arbeta självständigt, strukturerat och målinriktat. God administrativ förmåga: planering, uppföljning och samordning. Förmåga att bygga och utveckla samarbeten, internt och externt. Relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande. Goda IT-kunskaper

Meriterande Kännedom om Eskilstunas kultur-, utbildnings- eller föreningsliv. Erfarenhet av folkbildning och/eller kultur/föreningsliv, från idé till genomförande. Erfarenhet av att arbeta med sociala medier. Erfarenhet av att jobba med socialt utsatta grupper.
