Vi är ett icke-vinstdrivande, partipolitiskt och religiöst obundet studieförbund med nära anknytning till universitet och högskolor. I centrala Linköping erbjuder vi en populär och växande kursverksamhet inom framför allt dans, konst och språk, för deltagare i olika åldrar och på olika nivåer. Verksamheten präglas av engagerade ledare och en inspirerande lärmiljö, och är en viktig mötesplats för kultur, skapande och konstnärlig utveckling. Om tjänsten Nu vill vi bredda kursutbudet ytterligare och söker en person som ska bygga upp och förvalta ett utbud inom flera olika ämnen. Du ansvarar för vårt befintliga språkutbud, men förväntas också utveckla ett helt nytt utbud – till exempel inom arbetsliv, aktiekunskap, AI, historia, filosofi, textilt hantverk eller natur och trädgård – utifrån lokal efterfrågan och dialog med omgivningen. Utöver utbud på plats ser vi gärna att du utvecklar kurser på distans samt kostnadsfria kurser inom hållbarhet och demokrati. Du arbetar nära en verksamhetsutvecklare med ansvar för andra ämnen. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter Analysera målgrupper, marknad och lokala behov för att identifiera relevanta kurser. Planera och utveckla kursutbudet utifrån verksamhetens mål, efterfrågan och ekonomi. Rekrytera och ha kontakt med kursledare och samarbetspartners. Ansvara för praktisk kursplanering: schema, lokaler, kursstart och administration. Följa upp resultat och deltagarintresse för att löpande förbättra utbudet. Samarbeta med kollegor inom marknadsföring, administration och ledning.

Vem vi söker Du har strategisk förmåga, lokal förståelse och genomförandekraft. Du kan analysera målgrupper och behov, driva arbetet från idé till genomförande, och har ett affärsmässigt tänk kring budget, prissättning och marknadsföring. Du är relationsskapande och samarbetsinriktad, samt kreativ, initiativrik och flexibel i utvecklingen av nya idéer. Kvalifikationer Förmåga att arbeta självständigt, strukturerat och målinriktat. Kännedom om Linköpings kultur-, utbildnings- eller föreningsliv. Förmåga att bygga och utveckla samarbeten, internt och externt. God administrativ förmåga: planering, uppföljning och samordning. Erfarenhet av att jobba med sociala medier som en del av arbetet. Mycket god svenska i tal och skrift. Relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande. Goda IT-kunskaper

Meriterande Erfarenhet av att planera och samordna kurs- eller utbildningsverksamhet. Vana av enklare budgetarbete, verksamhetsplanering och resultatuppföljning. Mycket god engelska i tal och skrift. Ytterligare språk är meriterande.
