Soros Consulting AB söker verksamhetsutvecklare till ett långsiktigt uppdrag hos en samhällsviktig statlig myndighet inom energiområdet. Uppdraget genomförs av ett team på två konsulter, en senior och en på mellannivå, i nära samarbete med myndighetens medarbetare. Om uppdraget Myndigheten har länge styrt sina IT-leveranser med traditionella modeller för portfölj-, program-, projekt- och förvaltningsstyrning. På flera håll arbetar verksamhet och IT nu i agila, tvärfunktionella och produktorienterade team som äger både utveckling och förvaltning över tid. Initiativen har gett högre tempo och tydligare ansvar. De har dock vuxit fram med olika strukturer, roller och forum. Nu ska det som fungerar samlas i en gemensam styr- och leveransmodell för IT. Du kommer bland annat att kartlägga och analysera nuvarande styrning, strukturer och forum identifiera best practice samt hinder och otydligheter i beslutsvägar, roller och ansvar ta fram principer, roller och harmoniserade styrformer för kontinuerlig IT-leverans utforma stödmaterial, till exempel handböcker och playbooks, för enhetlig tillämpning utveckla former för ökad förutsägbarhet och transparens i planering och uppföljning förankra förändringen hos ledning och nyckelroller, och stötta införande och uppskalning

Krav akademisk examen om minst 180 hp minst 7 års erfarenhet av organisationsövergripande uppdrag som involverat flera avdelningar eller verksamhetsområden, i organisationer med minst 300 medarbetare minst 5 års erfarenhet av att utveckla styrning, organisering och arbetssätt som omfattar IT-verksamhet minst 7 års erfarenhet av arbete på ledningsnivå minst 7 års erfarenhet av att leda workshops och kommunicera engagerande inför stora grupper minst 5 års erfarenhet av att designa och utveckla styrmodeller anpassade till organisationen

Meriterande du har i minst två uppdrag tagit fram och paketerat koncept som manualer, handböcker eller playbooks på ett pedagogiskt och användarvänligt sätt du har erfarenhet av att tillämpa ramverk för agil styrning och anpassa dem efter organisationens förutsättningar, till exempel SAFe du har erfarenhet från elkraftsbranschen
