Du kommer organisatoriskt vara placerad på utvecklingsenheten inom Kvalitet- och utvecklingsfunktionen. Tjänsten utgår från Ramnåsgatan 1 som ligger i centrala Borås med närhet till Resecentrums buss- och tågförbindelser. Vi erbjuder dig ett flexibelt arbete tillsammans med professionella kollegor. På utvecklingsenheten arbetar verksamhetsutvecklare, projektledare, demenssamordnare och förvaltningscontroller. Totalt är vi 11 engagerade och drivna medarbetare. Arbetsuppgifter Som verksamhetsutvecklare arbetar du med både strategiska och operativa utvecklingsfrågor. Du leder och driver uppdrag från behovsanalys till genomförande, implementering och uppföljning. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor och nära samarbete med chefer, medarbetare och ledningsgrupper i hela förvaltningen. Du kommer främst att arbeta med utvecklings- och förändringsarbete inom digitalisering och välfärdsteknik, men även med uppdrag inom andra utvecklingsområden. I rollen ingår bland annat att: leda och driva projekt eller uppdrag inom utveckling och förändring arbeta med hela processen från behovsanalys till implementering och uppföljning stödja chefer och verksamheter i utvecklings- och förändringsarbete omvärldsbevaka och bidra till utvecklingen inom området välfärdsteknik och digitalisering. utbilda, kommunicera och skapa engagemang kring nya arbetssätt och lösningar samverka med olika professioner och verksamheter inom förvaltningen Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har: relevant högskoleutbildning erfarenhet av verksamhetsutveckling, projektledning och förändringsarbete erfarenhet av att självständigt driva uppdrag från behovsanalys till implementering och uppföljning erfarenhet från kommunal verksamhet

Det är meriterande om du har: utbildning inom projektledning, förändringsledning eller verksamhetsutveckling erfarenhet av digitalisering och välfärdsteknik. erfarenhet av vård- och äldreomsorg, socialtjänstlagen och/eller hälso- och sjukvård

Vård- och äldreförvaltningen arbetar för invånare som är i behov av vård och omsorg samt förebyggande hälsoarbete för äldre. Förvaltningen består av drygt 2 700 medarbetare, varav 90 är chefer. Tillsammans utför vi ett meningsfullt arbete med fokus på de 5000 brukare/patienter vi är till för genom jämlik, jämställd och likvärdig vård och omsorg. Övrig information Inför anställning kommer du att få lämna ett utdrag ur belastningsregistret utifrån lag om registerkontroll vid anställning av ledande befattningar i kommuner. Tester kan komma att genomföras som en del av rekryteringsprocessen. Intervjuer är planerade till den 28 oktober.
