Om rollen Vi söker nu en tekniskt skicklig och serviceinriktad person till en kreativ och snabbt växande prototypverkstad i Stockholm. Rollen är praktisk, varierad och självständig – perfekt för dig som gillar teknik, problemlösning och att hjälpa andra att lyckas med sina idéer. Du blir en nyckelperson i den dagliga verkstadsdriften och fungerar som första kontakt för kunder som bygger, testar och utvecklar fysiska produkter. Samtidigt är du med och skapar en trygg, professionell och inspirerande miljö för startups, produktägare och utvecklingsteam.

Om verksamheten Verksamheten kombinerar fysiska prototypverktyg och maskiner med digitala lösningar för att påskynda hållbar produktutveckling. Kunderna består främst av startups, produktägare och innovativa team som vill ta sina idéer från koncept till verklighet – snabbare och mer effektivt. Bolaget befinner sig i en tillväxtfas, med flera verkstäder idag och med planer på expansion.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

Daglig drift av verkstad och utrustning

Teknisk support och praktisk hjälp till kunder i deras utvecklingsarbete

Felsökning, reparation och underhåll av maskiner och verktyg

Stöd inom t.ex. 3D‑print, elektronik och prototypbyggande

Säkerställa ordning, säkerhet och god användarupplevelse i verkstaden

Vara en trygg, kunnig och serviceinriktad kontaktperson för både nya och återkommande kunder

Vi söker dig som

Har praktisk teknisk erfarenhet, exempelvis från verkstad, elektronik, maskiner, service eller liknande

Är van att felsöka och lösa problem hands‑on

Har ett serviceinriktat, lugnt och pedagogiskt bemötande

Är självgående, ansvarstagande och pålitlig

Trivs i en liten organisation där man ofta arbetar brett och tar eget ansvar

Formell utbildning är mindre viktig – vi värdesätter praktisk kompetens, mognad och rätt inställning.
