Som verkstadschef har du ett övergripande ansvar för den dagliga driften av lastbils- och däckverkstaden. Du leder och planerar verksamheten och säkerställer att arbetet bedrivs effektivt, säkert och med hög kvalitet. Rollen innebär både operativt och strategiskt ansvar och passar dig som trivs med att kombinera ledarskap med ett nära engagemang i den dagliga verksamheten. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter innefattar bland annat: · Leda, planera och utveckla den dagliga verksamheten i verkstaden · Personalansvar för mekaniker och övrig verkstadspersonal · Planera och följa upp arbetsflöden, bemanning och kapacitet · Utveckla och förbättra arbetssätt, rutiner och processer · Ansvara för arbetsmiljö- och säkerhetsfrågor inom verksamheten · Ansvara för inköp av reservdelar och material samt samordna externa serviceuppdrag vid behov · Planera och samordna arbetet kopplat till däckservice och däckverkstad · Säkerställa hög kvalitet och god service gentemot våra kunder · Ha ett nära samarbete med övriga ansvariga och funktioner inom verksamheten och koncernen Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och har förmågan att skapa ordning och framdrift i en verksamhet där tempot periodvis är högt. Du är trygg i att leda andra, tar ansvar och tycker om att arbeta nära både medarbetare och kunder. Erfarenhet från verkstad, tunga fordon, transportbranschen eller liknande verksamhet är meriterande. Tidigare erfarenhet av arbetsledning eller personalansvar är också meriterande. För rätt person finns goda möjligheter att vara med och påverka och utveckla verksamheten framåt.
