The posting

Vi på Södra Älvsborgs Räddningstjänstförbund, SÄRF, söker brandmän till våra heltidsstationer i Borås och Skene. Vår målsättning är att öka vår bemanning för att kunna skapa en mer effektiv räddningstjänst. För att lyckas med detta behöver vi anställa ett antal personer på tillsvidaretjänster men vi söker även ett antal semestervikarier till de båda stationerna. Som nyanställd ges du snabbt ansvar och möjlighet att utvecklas inom SÄRF. Som en lärande organisation arbetar vi brett inom vårt uppdrag före, under och efter olika typer av olyckor och kriser. Vi erbjuder ett omväxlande arbete där du förutom rökdykning ges möjlighet att arbeta inom ett antal specialistkompetenser såsom vattendykning, tungräddning och kem. För semestervikariat: slutfört minst två terminer från SMO nya utbildningen eller tre terminer enligt gamla utbildningen när vikariatet beräknas starta eller ha slutfört SMO, alt. vara utbildad heltidsbrandman enligt tidigare utbildningssystem eller MSB:s utbl Räddningsinsats eller GRIB 2 samt jobbar som RiB inom SÄRF. körkortsbehörighet minst B för manuell växellåda.

Meriterande för tjänsterna är utbildning/erfarenhet inom sjukvård, teknik, erfarenhet från pedagogisk verksamhet och språkkunskaper utöver svenskan. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet. Tester och uttagning Tester De arbetsrelaterade testerna syftar till att pröva de sökandes förmåga vad gäller både kondition, styrka, uthållighet och personlig lämplighet för yrket. Momenten består av fystester, vattentester, tekniktest, höjdprov, anställningsintervju samt läkarundersökning. Utifrån resultatet görs en samlas bedömning utifrån ett helhetsperspektiv. Tidplan Sista ansökningsdag 12 oktober Anställningstester tis 27 oktober, ons 28 oktober, tis 10 november & ons 11 november (Du deltar bara på en av dagarna, vilken dag det blir får du veta efter att du gått vidare) Samtliga tester utförs under en heldag. Läkarundersökning sön 10 januari (gäller bara de som blir erbjuden och tackar ja till anställning) Ingen ersättning utgår i samband med testdag eller läkarundersökning som genomförs inom ramen för rekryteringsprocessen. Tillträde sker i mitten av maj 2027. Anställningen inleds med introduktion under dagtid beroende på tidigare erfarenhet. Semestervikariaten pågår preliminärt t o m 22 augusti 2027.
