Om rollen: som kundservicemedarbetare är du ansvarig för den dagliga dialogen med kunder och spelar en viktig roll i deras upplevelse av företaget. Du hanterar inkommande ärenden, besvarar frågor och arbetar aktivt för att hitta lösningar som möter kundens behov. Arbetet innebär att ge tydlig information, vägledning och support, samtidigt som du administrerar och följer upp ärenden i interna system. I varje kontakt strävar du efter att leverera ett trevligt, professionellt och lösningsorienterat bemötande som skapar förtroende och en positiv kundupplevelse.
