Vi söker fraktadministratörer på heltid samt extra vid behov.

Omfattning: Heltid 100%, helgarbete/skift - Start: Snarast möjligt Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak; I rollen som flygfraktsadministratör ingår bland annat dataregistrering av fraktsedlar. I arbetet ingår daglig kontakt med flygbolag och speditörer samt ett nära samarbete med företagets egen godsterminal. · Registrera och iordningställa dokumentation för frakt samt uppdatera affärssystem · Utfärdande av fraktsedlar · Löpande kontakt med våra kunder och leverantörer via telefon och mail · Intern kommunikation med terminal samt andra avdelningar som transport och ekonomi. · Stötta övriga administratörers arbete. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet från flygfraktshantering från Arlanda samt speditörshantering. Du tycker om att arbeta i ett högt tempo och har ett gott ordningssinne. Datorvana är ett krav och vi ser gärna att du har lätt för att lära dig nya IT-system. Som person är du en lagspelare och en problemlösare och du tycker om att ta ansvar och hugga in där det behövs. Då arbetet innebär mycket kontakt med flygbolag och speditörer är du bra på att kommunicera både muntligt och skriftligt och du behöver därför tala svenska flytande samt engelska obehindrat. Som person är du organiserad och strukturerad, du är noggrann och vet vikten av att följa checklistor och rutiner för att säkerställa kvalitén på ditt arbete och för att kunna garantera flygsäkerheten. Det är meriterande om du tidigare har arbetat inom flygfraktsbranschen men det är inget krav. Vi ställer höga krav på flexibilitet och ett stort engagemang för arbetet du utför. Som person är du social, drivs av att hela tiden lära dig nya saker och sprider positiv energi. Vårt arbetsklimat präglas av öppenhet, gemenskap och ett gott samarbete. Vi ställer följande grundkrav för tjänsten: • Godkänd treårig gymnasieexamen • Talar och skriver på svenska flytande • Talar och skriver på engelska obehindrat • B-körkort och tillgång till bil Eftersom Arlanda är ett säkerhetsklassat område kommer du att bakgrundskontrolleras enligt Transportstyrelsens bestämmelser vilket bland annat innebär att lämna in ett utdrag ur belastningsregistret, ett negativt drogtest samt att du måste med dokumentation kunna intyga vad du har gjort dom senaste 5 åren. Vi tillämpar provanställning på 6 månader.
