Om rollen Som konsultchef/Key account Manager blir du en central del i vår tillväxtresa. Du kommer att ha helhetsansvar för dina konsulter – från rekrytering och introduktion till utveckling och uppföljning. Du arbetar nära både kunder och medarbetare och säkerställer att alla parter känner sig sedda, hörda och nöjda. I rollen ingår även att: bygga och utveckla långsiktiga kundrelationer

ansvara för bemanning och matchning av uppdrag

bidra till affärsutveckling och tillväxt

rekrytera och coacha nya medarbetare

vara en ambassadör för vår kultur och våra värderingar

Vem är du? Du är en driven och relationsskapande person som trivs med att ta ansvar och påverka. Du motiveras av att se både människor och affärer växa. Vi tror att du har erfarenhet inom bemanning, vård eller konsultbranschen, men framför allt söker vi rätt personlighet – en lagspelare med entreprenörsanda och ett starkt engagemang. Vi ser gärna att du: har tidigare erfarenhet som konsultchef, teamledare eller rekryterare
