Rollen innebär att hantera kundreskontra och fakturering för en växande internationell kundbas, där du bidrar till att effektivisera processer och säkerställa korrekt hantering av fakturor och påminnelser. Din förmåga att snabbt sätta dig in i nya rutiner är avgörande. Du erbjuds En spännande möjlighet att utvecklas i ett bolag i tillväxt, med en dedikerad handledare och kollegor som stöttar dig. Detta är ett konsultuppdrag på 6 månader med god chans till förlängning. Arbetsuppgifter En central roll inom order-to-cash-processen där du säkerställer smidig hantering av kundreskontra och fakturering i en dynamisk miljö. Hantera kundreskontra, inklusive krediteringar. Fakturera abonnemang och nya kunder. Besvara fakturafrågor från kunder. Bidra till processförbättringar i en snabbt växande miljö. Hantera daglig administration relaterad till order-to-cash-processen.

Vi söker dig som Grundläggande erfarenhet av ekonomiarbete eller administration. Erfarenhet av att ha arbetat med kundreskontra. Van vid att jobba i ärendehanteringssystem. God problemlösningsförmåga. Noggrann och strukturerad i sitt arbete. Positiv attityd och vilja att lära och ta ansvar för sin egen utveckling.

Det är meriterande om du har Erfarenhet av fakturering. Erfarenhet av att ha implementerat AI i olika system eller har ett starkt AI intresse.
