Om tjänsten Vi söker en ILS-ingenjör/lead till ett företag inom försvarsindustrin som befinner sig i en spännande uppbyggnadsfas. Rollen innebär att vara med och etablera företagets interna ILS-kompetens, utveckla arbetssätt och processer samt skapa struktur för hur ILS ska integreras i projekt och leveranser. Du kommer att arbeta nära projektledare, systemingenjörer, mekanikingenjörer, testingenjörer och tekniska skribenter i kundspecifika systemlösningar, främst kopplade till IT-hårdvara och integration i militära fordon. Fokus ligger på att säkerställa underhållbarhet, dokumentation, utbildning och långsiktig användbarhet genom hela projektets livscykel. Rollen passar dig som vill ta ett helhetsgrepp, bidra med specialistkompetens och vara med och påverka hur ILS-funktionen ska byggas upp framåt. Vi söker dig som Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av ILS, LSA, teknisk dokumentation, utbildning eller närliggande områden inom tekniska projekt. Du har gärna arbetat i komplexa projektmiljöer där flera discipliner behöver samverka och där kundkrav, systemförståelse och leveransförmåga är centrala delar. Du trivs i en roll där alla processer inte redan är satta, utan där du får vara med och forma, förbättra och standardisera arbetssätt. Du har förmågan att se helheten, driva frågor framåt och skapa tydlighet för andra. Rollen kräver både teknisk förståelse och ett strukturerat, kommunikativt arbetssätt. Som person är du lösningsorienterad, samarbetsinriktad och trygg i att ta ansvar. Du motiveras av att bygga upp något nytt, skapa framdrift och bidra till att flera funktioner arbetar mot samma mål.
