Nu söker vi en ekonomi-och löneadministratör med stort engagemang och hög servicekänsla, då en av våra kollegor ska vara föräldraledig. Om rollen Som ekonomi-och löneadministratör ansvarar du för delar av företagets lönehantering. Du arbetar nära verksamheten, har en central roll i vår administration och säkerställer att våra medarbetare får korrekt lön i rätt tid – alltid med god kvalitet och enligt gällande regelverk. Du kommer även ansvara för en del av företagets bokföring samt ekonomisk uppföljning. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter: Löpande löneadministration Hantering av arbetsgivarintyg, sjuklöner, rapportering till myndigheter Kontakt med Försäkringskassan och andra externa parter Bokföring och ekonomisk uppföljning Stöd till chefer och medarbetare

Du arbetar i nära samarbete med övrig ekonomifunktion och rapporterar direkt till verksamhetschef. Vi söker dig som har: Eftergymnasial utbildning inom lön/ekonomi Minst ett par års erfarenhet av kvalificerat ekonomi- och lönearbete God kännedom om arbetsrätt, kollektivavtal och lagar inom området Erfarenhet av lönehantering inom personlig assistans eller vård/omsorg är meriterande

Du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och strukturerad – du trivs med att arbeta självständigt men har också lätt för att samarbeta. Du är serviceinriktad, prestigelös och tycker om att vara ett stöd för både chefer, kunder och medarbetare.
